GGRC/Virtual HCBS Training Session 3: Developing Meaningful and Measurable Person-Centered Outcomes

This session will be an interactive session, providing the participants with strategies and tools in the development of meaningful and measurable person-centered goals for individuals supported by the GGRC and its vendors. This session is geared towards vendors and their GGRC partners and is three hours long.
